Termination: ReliaSoft may, at its sole discretion, terminate your account and this Agreement at any time. In the event that we either terminate or suspend your account and/or this Agreement for reasons other than breach of this Agreement or your failure to pay any applicable subscription fees, then we shall provide you with an e-mail notice of our intent to do so 10 days prior to such suspension or termination and we shall refund any unused portion of any subscription fees based on a prorated basis.

Applicable Laws. This Site is administered by ReliaSoft from its offices in Tucson, Arizona. ReliaSoft makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use, export or re-export the materials on this Site or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, U.S. export laws and regulations.
